We are having openings for HR Recruiter on URGENT BASIS. For that we need candidate who have excellent knowledge for related profile.
Leadership quality. 
Take care of the in house recruitment
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Follow end to end recruitment process.
Excellent command on recruitment.

EXPERIENCE :0.6 to 5 yrs

SALARY PACKAGE: 1.5 upto 2.50 LAC
