Position Title: Talent Acquisition
Location: JanakPuri, New Delhi-- Nearest Metro Station JanakPuri-South (Magenta Line)
Shift Timings: 10AM – 7PM
Experience Range: 3 – 7 years

Manage the sourcing, interviews, closures and other hiring activities for all the IT/Non IT positions of our clients.
Ensure that all the documentation (i.e. Job Description, specifications, general information, tracking and applicant flow) is complete for all open positions.
Develop and maintain an efficient electronic sourcing mechanism for all recruitment positions.
Maintain and exceed the defined recruiting SLAs
Candidate should have depth understanding of end to end recruitment cycle with exposure to different IT/Non IT skills
Should have experience in handling and closing niche skills, this position will be more of an individual contributor role with minimal supervision
Candidate should have good communication skills
Preference will be candidate who staying within 7km radius of Janakpuri area
Requirements:
Min. of 1 year experience in IT/Non IT recruitment
Excellent communication skills
Must have experience for hiring client requirements
Candidate should be smart and proactive with good communication skills
Contractual hiring experience would be an added advantage
